Poor customer service

I'm currently using herotel for my wifi services.. All along been a good experience till now that I have 4 days without internet connection and wen I call been taken from pillar yo post and not getting any progress feedback or anything.. Their agent when u call they always say my ticket is opened and say they checking so can give me feedback but drop the call

From 26th January 2024 till 29th don't have internet connection
