Poor customer service
I'm currently using herotel for my wifi services.. All along been a good experience till now that I have 4 days without internet connection and wen I call been taken from pillar yo post and not getting any progress feedback or anything.. Their agent when u call they always say my ticket is opened and say they checking so can give me feedback but drop the call From 26th January 2024 till 29th don't have internet connection

Clarity on double payment and letter of cancelation 22
Planet42 I enquire 2023 January and get in contract with them.. Vehicle delivered on good condition and I drove it for 11 months.. In the 11 months I did have few instances claims which they attend to it effectively so.. Then 24 November had a break down, then vehicle was town to RMI workshop.. Then after 5 days the fleetbuddy insurance (under planet42) send me email that they can't repair mechanical failure as it's uneconomical to repair.. Then agent from planet42 called me advice that I cancel contract and she send an email as confirmation that I must send cancelation email which I did in the 14th December 2023..and agent explained to me that I will be liable to pay one month cancelation fee which I made arrange that it must be deducted on the 22 December which they did and told that I'll have a cancelation letter wen the have vehicle at their position.. Then they only collected the vehicle at the workshop on the 8th January 2024.. I then get email stating that I must pay one month cancelation fee again or I'll be liable to pay 7 month installment.. I then called collection department to get clarity on this Matter, only to be told they call me back but never did.. I called on the 10th, 11th and 12th explaining same thing but all agent say they will come back to me That's not good custom service u rendering unto me now and I need clarity why should I pay again after already paid... Worse u stated on ur email that after the 18th January 2024 if I don't accept this I'll have to pay 7 month installment were as u have ur vehicle with u and U ARE THE ONE WHO FAILED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE AS U STATED UNECONOMICAL TO REPAIR.. I NEED ANSWERS
