Dealing with this company was one of my worst experiences. Firstly they didn't complete the work they had to do on my car. I had to highlight what was not finish when picking up my car around the 8th of October 2024. They told me that whatever was not done was not part of the repairs. I had to show them on the quotation from the insurance that the item in question was part of the repairs. They gave me my car and promised to sort out the incomplete work. Two weeks went by without any communication from them so I started calling them to find out what was happening. They kept making empty promises and I ended up having to involve the insurance company to assist with this issue. Hofbro now wanted me to pay for their courtesy car to fix the mess they made. To me this said that they are not taking full responsibility for their mess. As a customer I should not be inconvenienced by their incompetence of doing their job properly. Now I have to be short of money to help them sort out their mess, so I refused to pay the money. They eventually gave me a courtesy car and resolved the issue. The whole process took almost 2 month to get my car sorted. After all that, no apology from them for the inconvenience, nothing. I recommend that you check your car properly when dealing with this company because getting your issue resolved will be very frustrating. I wouldn't want to ever deal with them and I told my insurance the same.
