Dealing with this company was one of my worst experiences. Firstly they didn't complete the work they had to do on my car. I had to highlight what was not finish when picking up my car around the 8th of October 2024. They told me that whatever was not done was not part of the repairs. I had to show them on the quotation from the insurance that the item in question was part of the repairs. They gave me my car and promised to sort out the incomplete work. Two weeks went by without any communication from them so I started calling them to find out what was happening. They kept making empty promises and I ended up having to involve the insurance company to assist with this issue. Hofbro now wanted me to pay for their courtesy car to fix the mess they made. To me this said that they are not taking full responsibility for their mess. As a customer I should not be inconvenienced by their incompetence of doing their job properly. Now I have to be short of money to help them sort out their mess, so I refused to pay the money. They eventually gave me a courtesy car and resolved the issue. The whole process took almost 2 month to get my car sorted. After all that, no apology from them for the inconvenience, nothing. I recommend that you check your car properly when dealing with this company because getting your issue resolved will be very frustrating. I wouldn't want to ever deal with them and I told my insurance the same.
It's still early stages but so far I'm happy with what I'm getting Level-7. The process was simple getting them on board. I got their router and plugged it in, all was working as expected. I didn't even have to call them or anything like that and their connection is stable. Overall great experience. Thanks Level-7 and keep up the great work
This company has the worst service ever. I canceled my contract with them mid November which they told me would be canceled end of December due to their full calendar month cancelation policy, that's fine. They on the 3rd of January they still haven't canceled my contract which means that my new ISP can't come connect me as the line is not released. I phoned them on the 3rd and waited for 40 minutes to speak to their consultant who told me they'll release the line and am still waiting. These are the things that annoy me with this company. I canceled my contract because I've been struggling with their unstable connect for a very long time with no solution and now they are not releasing my line. I don't know what to do with this company. Poor product and worst service ever
This is the most useless company ever. We haven't had internet for 3 days and counting. No one wants to run with the issue as no one is willing to provide their direct line of communication. They don't return your calls. You always speaking to someone new every time you phone. The service is horrible and frustrating. This is why I've canceled my subscription with them. They've locked my line with them until the end of December and now I'm experiencing the worst possible service which I feel is out of spite. I will never go back to this company even if they were the last ISP on earth. For the worst possible service, subscribe to Vox, they are the best at that.
I have a problem with my Audi that I bought from Audi Bryanston this year Feb. Before getting the car I asked them to add a rear camera on the car. On the 22 of October the MMI stops working when I was 7 hours away from home meaning that I drove 7 hours without radio and GPS. Monday morning 24 October I took my car to Audi Bruma which is the closest to me without a booking and they couldn't reset the MMI. They asked me to make a formal booking so that they can have enough time to look into the issue. I booked it in for Wednesday 26th and I got the car on Friday 28th with the issue not resolved. I was told to take it back to Audi Bryanston as they are the last ones to work on the MMI when fitting the rear camera. I asked them why is it that they can't resolve the issue as Audi promises that we can take our cars to any dealership and we will get help. They said that there's something that Bryanston did that they can't resolve. I asked, if I had bought the car in Durban would I be expected to drive to Durban to get the issue resolved, and the response was unfortunately yes. On the same Friday I phoned Audi South Africa thinking that they will intervene and get this issue resolved quickly as I've been inconvenienced 3 days without a car. Amanda who is the consultant from Audi SA promised to look into the matter and get back to me within 48 hours. I raised my concern that I can't afford to stay without a car as I've got things to do. I spent the whole of the following week waiting for something to be arranged for me to get this issue resolved and all I got was that they can only help me with booking the car in, no courtesy car is to be provided, it doesn't matter that this issue is caused by the dealership themselves. The inconvenience in mine and I'll have to deal with not having a car for who knows how long. I don't know what was the point of me contacting Audi SA as I could have booked the car in myself and the issue would be resolved. Now it's a week and a half later and all they can help me with is a booking. I phoned Audi Bryanston to make a booking and they told me that they can't drop me off at home because it's not the area that they cover. Bottom line, the service that Audi promises that you can get service from any of their dealerships is a lie. Do not use dealerships that are far from where you stay because it will be on you to take your car to that dealership should they cause a problem on your car. Don't count on Audi SA to assist with anything tangible, all you'll get is a solution that you could have applied yourself, waste of time dealing with them. Best advice I can give is don't buy an Audi, too much headache dealing with them. Service is useless and there's no accountability. It wouldn't surprise me if they are being outsold by their competitors as people wouldn't stay with a brand with this type of service. Thanks for nothing
Incredibly poor service I'm receiving fron Vox. I've had an issue on unreliable connection for over a year and have lost count of how many calls I've logged with them. They are always adjusting some settings that didn't make a difference. I escalated my issue 2 days ago, which they said is marked as urgent and am still waiting for help. I phoned their complaints' line this morning and 10 hours later nothing has happened. Right now I have no connection, I tried calling their technical number, I held on for 10 minutes then it took me to voice-mail. The cherry on top is that I'm not even getting the speed that I'm paying for. This is a rip-off of note. If you're looking for poor service and a place to waste your money, join Vox.
I would like to thank Sifiso and his team from Mkabela Real Estate as they did an amazing job with my bathroom. They went out of their way to help us find the bathroom fittings and gave us different options. They came with their ideas but always went we what we wanted. You tell them what you want and they make it work. The project was not done within time which was due to my wife and I changing a few things on the design and they had the patience to wait for us and take the new direction we were taking. They finished the project just over 6 months ago and everything is still intact. We haven't had to call them back for anything. We're still getting compliments on our bathroom 6 months later. I'm definitely using them again for my next project. Amazing job.
Alexander Forbes Insurance has disappointed me for the second time. This time was their road side assistance which turned my weekend into a misery. My wife had a breakdown and she was told that she can't be dropped back home and she had to arrange her own transport from the incident point. This was around 30 Km from home and I had to leave the office to collect my wife. I phoned them and spoke to their supervisor Gary Botha who promised to get back to me in 20 minutes. It's 2 days later and still waiting for the call. As a customer, I feel like my issues are not important to them. Clearly they have better issues to deal with. They are honestly making me regret leaving my previous insurance as I had this nonsense with them.
