Bad service provider

Good day

My internet has been off for past 24 hours , tried to call in or WhatsApp still getting no help I'm resorting to the email ok hoping I will get helped,if this how u treat your customers I'd rather go to another service provider because I always pay my bill on time but I do not get the service I paid for n everytime no one is taking responsibility on weekends is bad because there is no technical support or customer service to attend my queries,
