False promises

Before covid we purchased tickets to travel overseas for 6 people. It has been almost 2 years and we have not been able to use our tickets. When contacting holiday travel they assured us they could refund us and it would take a maximum of 16 wks. We received our reference number but since then no communication and when you can phone the call gets disconnected. Be very careful dealing with this company as we have lost a lot of money due to their false promises
