Holiday Travel - DO NOT USE: Another Scam Travel Agent
In 2019 we saved up for an overseas holiday in 2020 and we booked through Vitality which I did not realise at the time would be through Holiday Travel. Unfortunately we all know what happened in 2020 and we were given the option of a full refund or keep the tickets and delay the travel. Hoping it would pass but also to ease the financial burden on the travel industry we decided to delay the tickets. Now I am requesting a refund and after an initial positive response from Holiday Travel saying it would take a few months, we are now going onto a year. E-mails to Ngwako Tsetsewa go unanswered or I receive a standard reply of I will get back to you which they never do. It is simple, they have taken money, said they would refund which they are not doing so basically they are a scam travel agent like so many others. Nobody there has the decency to reply or do there job properly, but I suppose as scammers they are **** their job properly.

13 Feb 2022, 04:49I am pleased to say that this issue has finally been resolved and I have received my refund. So for following through on their promise and refunding the amount I must admit that I am very happy with them. HOWEVER I would still not recommend them as they wasted a lot of my time and caused much stress in trying to communicate with them. They just do not reply to you or let you now what is happening so I had to resort to mail bombing every mail address I could find and only then was the issue resolved. The problem was blamed on their refund department but nobody had followed up on my original request for a refund.
