Holiday Travel has a very bad communication network.

I have been dealing with a lady from 'Holiday Travel' for over a year now. She has been helpful up until this point. She said I could receive a full refund on my overseas trip, if I send my details through, I sent in details and have not heard back from her in over two weeks.

I called earlier in the week, I dealt with a lady who was not so pleasant to deal with or didn't know much about her the company she works with, I called just before 16:00pm during the week, and every customer service person was off and went home before the time they advertise. Every one was off work by 4pm - I'm sure even earlier. Today I try call again, their phone lines or emergency lines do not work anymore and "no longer exist"

Does this company still exist? Have all their employees left?
