Holland Bakery - They value their customers

I recently purchased my favourite thing in the whole world {Stroopwaffels) from a market. I was disappointed to find when I got home that the product didn't taste right or fresh. I sent an email to the company, and they responded straight away. They actually thanked me for letting them know!!! This is rare in today's world where companies don't like you to complain. Thank you Holland Bakery for dealing with my complaint so swiftly. I highly recommend this company's delicious products to anyone!
