Harassment phone calls
I made the mistake of getting "online" quote comparisons, and it's been a nightmare for the past few days of constantly being harassed with phone calls. Please remove me from your contact list!!! I do NOT wish to be constantly contacted by aggressive sales people trying to sell me insurance. I chose to stay with my current provider. Please respect that!

A one stop stop for parrots, rabbits and rats!
Jacobiez is a fantastic one stop shop for your birds and for rabbits and rats. They have food, treats, make the most toys and offer a range of services. They come to your house to do grooming for parrots, or you can go to them. If you have a sick parrot that needs to be medicated, they can do that too! They will keep your bird for the period your bird requires to be medicated. They looked after my African Grey who need meds for 2 weeks and I got daily updates and videos. Other services they offer: A drive in service where you can take your pet to be medicated. Nail grooming. Pet boarding Healthy diet conversion for parrots Know your parrot training They are just amazing. Highly recommend!

Jacobiez is a little gem in Durbanville! They specialise in parrots, small birds, rats, chinchillas, rabbits, reptiles (limited to certain species). They offer the following services: Know your parrot education session Pet boarding & post-hospital boarding for parrots, rats, chinchillas, rabbits, reptiles (limited to certain species) Medication drive in service where owners can take their pets once or twice daily for medication administration Grooming for parrots and exotics (wings, beak, nails) Healthy diet conversion for parrots They took care of my African Grey when she was very ill and needed to be medicated. I got updates and videos every day, and was kept in the loop right through the entire process. I couldn't believe how comfortable my baby girl was with Aubrey, but my heart was at ease for the entire 2 weeks she was there. I highly, highly recommend them!

Almost unusable internet since January 2023!!!!!!!
I have been with Afrihost now for a couple of years. Have never had a problem until January of this year. I have contacted support numerous times, every time it's the same procedure and the problem recurs. I even thought something had been erected nearby affecting my connection and moved my modem to the highest point possible. Still the problem persists. I recently wrote to the CEO, from whom I have never received a reply. I am at my wits end now as I work from home, and only get paid when I work. I have not earned an income this month sufficient to pay rent!!!!!! I am so highly disappointed and disgusted with this company!!!

Do NOT use this courier service!!!! I have had 2 experiences with them, from different suppliers. This is the worst courier service ever. Prepare to wait for a VERY long time for your parcel. It's excuse after excuse, saying they called you, when there are no missed calls on your phone! When I tried emailing and calling I got mail undelivered and this number does not exist. I don't normally write bad reviews, but this is the worst experience ever! Suppliers if you don't want your company to get a bad name, DO NOT use this service. Judging by the comments I see I am not the only one, but they don't seem to care much do they?

Custom Integration & Automation - They care about you as a customer
I bought an inverter with a battery for loadshedding. Anthony came and installed it himself, and explained all the dos and don't's to me to maximize my battery life on the unit. What amazing service! Normally you just get your product delivered and you struggle along n your own, but he delivered it himself and installed it. He really goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about his customers. He is always willing to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Holland Bakery - They value their customers
I recently purchased my favourite thing in the whole world {Stroopwaffels) from a market. I was disappointed to find when I got home that the product didn't taste right or fresh. I sent an email to the company, and they responded straight away. They actually thanked me for letting them know!!! This is rare in today's world where companies don't like you to complain. Thank you Holland Bakery for dealing with my complaint so swiftly. I highly recommend this company's delicious products to anyone!
