Bad service
Yesterday I placed an order for over a R1000 to be delivered .. I placed the order at 11am for 1pm delivery and it never came. I had staff visiting from overseas and I was so embarrassed that this happened , what kind of service do yourl provide? I thought that hollywoods was a reputable enterprise and you have seriously let me down...

Bad service

Disgusting service
Worst service. Ordered at 17.10. Was told order will be ready in 20 mins. 40 mins mins later no answer from the staff. Customers after me got their orders before me. Management was of help. Canceled order at 17.55 and left. Will ever go back as no1 seems to know what's going on the shop

Pathetic service from Hollywood Bunny Bar, Springfield Park
My fiancé ordered food for lunch from Hollywood Bunny Bar at Springfield park at 11am and it is now 3pm and she is still waiting for her food Nothing to eat for the whole day from 7am this morning We tried contacting them but there’s no answer and they’re just reading our WhatsApp messages
