So, my daughter took out her first contact online on the 12/11/2024. She was not informed that on the 20th of November 2024, they were going to debit her account it did not go through due to insufficient funds. We called vodacom, and they told us that we don't need to worry they will debit her account on the 01st of December 2024. The money was taken out on the second. And the next debit order will go through on the 2nd of January 2025. Her account was not debited so she call on the on the 04 of January 2025 and she was told again not to worry as she won't be double debited, she was even willing to go pay it and she was told not too. On the 11th of January, she received her a statement double debiting her for January. When she called vodacom that same day, she was told something was wrong with the debit order on their side, and he can't understand why it didn't go through and he doesn't understand why she was told she won't be be double debited or not to go pay it. We ask for the recording for the 04th of January and was told we can go to any vodacom store to listen to the recording. We went on Monday the 13th of January and they told us the guy she spoke to gave us the wrong information about listening to a recording the guy was supposed to ask us which store we going to and they was supposed to email the recording to them. Still no feedback to date
Worst service. Ordered at 17.10. Was told order will be ready in 20 mins. 40 mins mins later no answer from the staff. Customers after me got their orders before me. Management was of help. Canceled order at 17.55 and left. Will ever go back as no1 seems to know what's going on the shop
My order 18863. I was promised a refund in 2 to 10 working days. It's now 15 days and still no refund. Tried calling a few times but no one answers
I am very disapointed with the service im receiveing from your company. I placed an order and paid on 10/01/21 On 3/02/21 I received an email stating that I would get delivery on 5/02/21. I emailed you on 18/1 // 19/1 // 21/1 // 29/1 // 15/2 // 21/2 // 1/3. Replies - only soorry for late deliveries - Will get delivey on Friday. 26/2 Spoke to Sam. Promised delivery on 1/3 2/3 Spoke to Sam and Cathrine. Cathrine promised to speak to management and call me back on 3/3. STILL WAITING for callback. Due to above please cancel my order for a full refund as you are at fault not mine. I tired of empty promises and incorrect information. Sent them an email asking for my refund and no replies as yet. Tried calling today. Spend 15 mins on the line waiting for the call to be answered but it was disconnected with msg stating that no 1 was available to answer my call
11/12/2019 my adsl line stopped working fault no 31395238. After numerous calls to the call center - I was told on 20/12/2019 that the lines will not be repaired and that i must switch to LTE. 20/12/2019 i switched my adsl to LTE. LTE worked for about 20 mins only. 21/12/2019 called telkom technical - after speaking to the consultant -- i was told that the router was faulty and I must take it back to store and get it exchanged as it is faulty. Went to the store and the technician in-store set the router and it worked. 24/12/2019 little or no internet speed (3153843) resolved 1/1/20. ****not really resolved as speed sucks during peak times. 15/01//2020 fault 31855864 spoke to agent and was told that there's an area fault which would take minimum 7 days to sort. 17/01/20 told by agent that fault is with technicians, no update on system. switched of the router as it was a waste of time n electricity being on 22/01/ 20 spoke to Siphokuhle who reset the router with different settings compared to other agents and is now working. I am not prepared to pay for a service that doesn't work and where Telkom agents simply mark faults as restored without actually fixing the problem.
<p>I reported my fault on 25 May 2017 that my line is not working. To date nothing has happened, not even a call from Telkom. Yesterday my wifi stopped worked, I reported the fault and still waiting for response.</p> <p> </p> <p>How long does it take Telkom to repair a fault. <p>Amounts on statement totalls lower than actual amount debited every month. I have asked but no answers received to date.</p> <p>Also asked not to send any sms's, email or post regarding loans, but still receiving.</p>
<p>Reported fault on 11 March. On 13 March I received a sms stating that there was a network outage in the area. At 10,27 I received a sms stating that the fault was resolved. On 14 March I replied to sms stating that my service was not resolved. 15 March I phoned in and complained again. To date I still ha no clue when the service will be restored. </p> <p> </p> <p>Bear in mind that I placed my order on 20 December 2016 for this service. since installation on 28 March and service only operational from 2 March to 10 March. Total of 8 days only in 3 months. this is terrible service.</p>
<p>On 17 Jan I put a review on Telkoms disgusting service and still not resolved. Telkom has no interest in its customers but just to take their money. Try paying your account late and services will be suspended. telkom wouldnt even give you 1 month free service for their incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a new line on 20 12 16 and still dont know when this line will be installed as telkom doesnt know when the cabling technicians will install a line for me. What service is this.</p>
<p>I ordered a new ADSL line on 20 Dec 16. Was told that lines are available . Received sms for installation on 9 Jan 17. The technician did arrive but did not do the installation due to no line available. was told by the technician that it would take about 7 working days for the line to be installed after which my line would be installed. I have spent hours on the line speaking to consultants who could not give me information on the status, only that it was with the line deprtment. on 13 Jan, I was told that it takes 7 working days. </p> <p>Yesterday I called again only to spend 2 hours on the line for nothing as the consultant put me on hold and never came to me.</p> <p>My previous contract was cancelled 16 Jan 17 based on Telkom installing my line on 9 Jan. Now I do not have wifi and cannot work as I have let down by you guys.</p> <p>Call center staff needs to more informative with correct information and the also need to be trained.</p>
