McDonald's Springfield Park Durban, 05 September 2024 @ 18h20. Ordered via drive through but had to wait, only to receive my order which is not what I requested. Go inside the store and no sign of a manager, had to pay a difference and wait another 10 to 15min for part of the order to be corrected, whilst in the interim all my other food is getting cold in my vehicle. Get home only to discover hair the burgers ordered. Spent almost R400 on food, are we as consumers just expected to accept this level of service? Further to the above the staff have the audacity to discuss me having to pay a difference for the correction of the meal in a different language, as if it where my fault that the items where incorrectly captured. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!
Absolutely horrible bunny, curry was horrid, no patatoe and you could taste the raw curry powder.
Halfway Ford Waterfall assisted in financing my vehicle, they claimed they were merely trying to assist but instead added purchases to my finance without my knowledge and even invoiced items they did not do. My vehicle was never in their possession yet i was invoiced for a delivery fee, delivery charge, halfway ford shield, smash and grab (was never installed by ford), windscreen protection, warranties which I never asked for and was never explained. it was even discovered that it was done to a few more customers that they assisted.

KFC Reservoir Hills constantly poor quality and service, it's either they forget an item in your order or food is of poor quality. Purchased 2 x fully loaded box meals (requested for 1 x zinger and 1 x colonel) received both colonel, a patty thats mostly coating instead of chicken. Chips was stale and soggy and chicken soaked in oil.
Absolutely pathetic service from Nedbank, the client services manager Nicolas Govender does not seem to be of any help, instead throws T & C at you and refuses to answer why Nedbank team leaders or supervisors did not respond to emails. He claims his waiting for the specific department to respond, 16 working days later and still no response.
Nedbank personal loans is a horrible department to deal with, i have sent numerous emails and made numerous call from the 30th September 2022 and to date no feedback from that department or its supervisors. logged a formal complaint and all they do is throw policy wording at your and complaints department states they have 21 days to respond, in the interim they add interest to your account.
