NO after sale service - home and toys

I bought silicone gloves. The staff member reassured me that the gloves can be used to remove hot pans from the oven. I used it en encountered painful burns, the gloves were not fit to use in the kitchen. I went to them in person to sort it out, but never is a person available to listen to my report. Not even are people willing to take my telephone number so that a manager can call me back. There is No after sale service!!!! only poor service with no accountability!!!!
