*********** staff and nonexistent after sale service.
I specifically asked for vit. B12 methylcobolamine (vit b12) was told that the diskem product was right for me. When I got home I realized that it was cynocobolamine ( not the one I asked for. I tried to resolve the issue with them, but with no success as there is no after service with them.

Calmag max biogen - severe side effects.
I have been advised by Diskem to use calmag max a biogen product. I have developed adverse effects on this product e.g. severe joint pains, muscle pain and weakness, dizziness, unable to keep my balance. Dont buy this product. The product is very expensive and contain magnesium oxide which is poorly absorbed by the body. For the prize you pay I expected magnesium glycenate. The staff of diskem recommended callmag max irrespective that I told them that I am on cardio-cor 2.5mg x1 a day.

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER CARE AND QUALITY ON PRODUCTS.
Schoking and utmost rude service. They sell inferior products and refuse exchange or refunds. Just check all their reviews. Refused to give me contact number of area managers on a number of occasion. My advice is: dont waste your time shopping there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO AFTER SALES SERVICE ONLY LIES AND EMPTY PROMISES
Waiting since 2021 to repair defective installation. Unable to use exit where shutter is installed. Paid R12800.00 for installation. Sick and tired of emty promises and lies from Mohammed.

NO CONCRETE RESULTS WITH ARAMAX - JUST LIES.
Promises bases on the most horrific lies. No consistency does the opposite the client request. Has been waiting for delivery on Friday 28 th April today 2nd April nothing materialized. No call no apology - a bunch of ****s!!!!
