Wrongful accusation by owner

Bought a fishtank filter a couple days ago only to open it and find that there were missing parts to it so took it back today and the owner accused us of leaving the missing pieces at home and exchanging the product for a different one, he basically accused us of theft! Disgusting considering we've been long term customers and have supported their store quite a bit. Honestly bad owner service.
