Terrible Service
My mother app**** for two security watches and has been waiting for a full month for them to be delivered, but nothing has been done so far, they were supposed to arrive sometime last week and yet they are still not here, there hasn't been any communication with the consultant and overall this is absolute **** service. Not happy at all that we're meant to rely on your security system yet the products meant for that security aren't being sent when they are said to be sent. Dissapointing compared to a few years ago.

Wrongful accusation by owner
Bought a fishtank filter a couple days ago only to open it and find that there were missing parts to it so took it back today and the owner accused us of leaving the missing pieces at home and exchanging the product for a different one, he basically accused us of theft! Disgusting considering we've been long term customers and have supported their store quite a bit. Honestly bad owner service.

Money Potentially ******
We ordered pizza from here a few days ago and payed by card at our house but the payment got taken off twice and they informed my mother that the delivery driver would return the money to us as soon as he could but it's been 2 days already and debonairs has done nothing to sort the situation out, their customer service said they'd figure out what happened and get back to my mother however nothing has been done. So if you want to order from them in Selcourt I'd suggest paying cash so they don't ***** you out of your money!

Telkom should be disgusted with the services they provide and their treatment of customers! We pay our account every month and it's up to date but yet they put you down as a high collection risk yet it's been paid and up to date. Absolutely disgusting customer service as well!
