DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THOSE ****MERS!! My patio couch was meant to be delivered at the end of November 2025 and I still don’t have it, even though I paid the full price
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THOSE ****MERS!! My patio couch was meant to be delivered at the end of November 2025 and I still don’t have it, even though I paid the full price. When I call them, I get taken straight to voicemail& they called me to tell me that my item was going to be delivered on the 23rd of December 2025 but still nothing. They are ****mers of note!!!!!

Is the company legit? Me and my husband order two days ago now we have to pay another 2000 rand for safety? Why wasn't it told when you buy something then you have to pay them more????? What kind of business is this?????

Poor quality furniture and unprofessional!
Poor quality furniture and very unprofessional! Take forever to deliver or answer calls and text then after nearly 2 months with no furniture when it finally got delivered it was damaged and/in poor condition terrible place to buy from!!

I ordered few things at home design SA last week Tuesday and I was told they will deliver on Wednesday nobody delivered and no word have been said…I even offered to collect my things they refused …I don’t know if they are an existing company or a **** because nobody is saying a word today

Amazing service from Home Design SA
Recently, I wanted to give my lounge a face-lift and decided to approach Home Design for their beautiful monochrome TV and coffee table. I reluctantly paid the required deposit, I say reluctantly because it was my first time doing any work with them. They immediately confirmed the deposit and gave me the day in which they'll deliver. I anxiously waited for the date to arrive to see if they'll indeed deliver. The day arrived and they indeed delivered, and what stunning furniture pieces they make. After a few days, to my surprise I got a whatsapp from them asking if I'm home, as they said they wanted to deliver an extra length TV stand for me, after realising that my space is actually a bit bigger than the TV stand I'd ordered. I thought they wanted to scam me as I did not order the extra length stand. Indeed, they came and delivered the extra length stand which fitted exquisitely in my space without me paying a cent extra for this. They really go above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier. @Home Design, keep shining guys, with this kind of service and attitude, not even a sky is a limit for you.
