I’m not satisfied
I ordered few things at home design SA last week Tuesday and I was told they will deliver on Wednesday nobody delivered and no word have been said…I even offered to collect my things they refused …I don’t know if they are an existing company or a **** because nobody is saying a word today

Poor service
Disrespecting agent waited from 6:30 to till 6 in the morning no one is saying anything they treat us like trash…while we paid full amount …no one is responding to our emails or messages…I want my refund not later than today

Unfairly treated
I have been calling FNB nonstop since last week No one is willing to assist me…and I have stated that I have emergency and I’m out of country…I don’t know where to get FNB branch in the state if that’s what FNB wants me to do cause they really inconveniencing me

Poor service
Infact FNB doesn’t deserve any star what an incompetent service I took a loan Tuesday they froze my account how am I suppose to use that money if they freeze my account…and I have been calling more than 7x today no one is assisting me…sent email no help I’m not happy at all and I’m out of country very expensive to call and no proper service 😏

Pooooooooooooooor service
I’m not happy how they treated my mother,eldo coaches service agent have poor service no proper communication my mother booked a ticket for return Only to find out the return was suppose to be yesterday while she clearly communicated that she’s coming back Monday ...my mother is old and she can’t see properly ...so just signed without reading the ticket ...so they don’t want to refund her for their own mistake and now she had to buy new ticket....and no one wants to resolve that

Unfairly treated
I joined gym company 2014 and move to Pretoria 2015 and the was no gym company in Pretoria by then but I still paid the gym because I had a contract with them, then when I had chance I went in gym company newtown where I joined and I was given amount of settlement...yesterday I received a WhatsApp message that I’m blacklisted.... I followed up today the lady that I was dealing with she was very rude and she ended up saying I’m owing R6000 my question is all these years why they were not calling me , and I always have money in my bank if the case is that R6000 was built by R 300 that I reversed after I paid the settlement....

I regret Baking with Capitec my 5years has been a waste In fact I’m disappointed and disgusted...if they know that my money was debited by Absa bank and I’m saying I had no agreement with ABSA bank and I didn’t authorize the money what is difficult to capitec to dispute my money...all they saying they still investigating..what are they investigating
