Poor quality furniture and very unprofessional! Take forever to deliver or answer calls and text then after nearly 2 months with no furniture when it finally got delivered it was damaged and/in poor condition terrible place to buy from!!
I recently visited their store in four ways and I had beautiful customer service experience. The lady by the name of Thelma was very helpful and informative. They unfortunately didn’t have what I wanted in store and I had to go online judging by the reviews it is not promising but we keep our fingers crossed😔😭 I should have came here before placing my order
Terrible place to buy from online! I wish I read the reviews before buying from them! I placed an order on Sunday (30th June) it was successful only to be called yesterday (08 July) to be told that my order has been cancelled due to no stock available in all regions but when I check on their website today (09 july) the treadmill is still up selling for more than I paid… yet they claim not to have stock in all the regions!
Rochester is not ready to go online. I saw a beautiful office desk on their website that I wanted to purchase... the whole experience was so dreadful, I do not know how I was so patient with them. My terrible experience started at their chatbox where their agent told me to call every Rochester store and ask them if they had the desk instore as I was a bit skeptical buying online considering the bad reviews that they were getting. It branched to whatsapp where the agent kept closing the chat for no reason. straight to the delivery that was late and the deliveryman who insisted on speaking to me in a language that I did not understand alas!!! to the desk table that they advertised to be 120 cm only to arrive at my place being 100 cm. This is false advertising!!! They sent me a ticket number weeks ago but nothing has happened yet. I am very disappointed as I thought that this was a reputable company.
Rain, sometimes your internet is slow which I can honestly tolerate for the affordable unlimited data provided... But this company took it too far because my Wi-Fi has been down for three whole days and no one has gotten back to me... Three tickets late and still no response and the problem is still not fixed. We are in the digital times I rely on it for work, tv, phone etc... I was okay with the 24 hours but 72 is really frustrating! I am frustrated!!! Bad bad bad customer service on their end.
