Online store sells damaged items.

I placed an order online of Maxwell Williams plates. When the packaging was delivered, the box was damaged.

Most of the plates were shattered.

I called them to advise on the exchange process, however they could not assist, saying that they would get back to me. I've also sent multiple emails, but they don't respond at all. I would never recommend to anyone to shop online at Home etc. They might be cheap, but you pay for quality service - and theirs is clearly lacking.
