I placed an order online of Maxwell Williams plates. When the packaging was delivered, the box was damaged. Most of the plates were shattered. I called them to advise on the exchange process, however they could not assist, saying that they would get back to me. I've also sent multiple emails, but they don't respond at all. I would never recommend to anyone to shop online at Home etc. They might be cheap, but you pay for quality service - and theirs is clearly lacking.

Following that sms, I received another that my EAP limit has been increased to R148,000. I tried calling the customer contact centre (0860 123 000) repeatedly immediately after receiving the sms and during the day but there has not been a consultant available, even after waiting more than 15 minutes on the line each time. It seems like the best decision I could have made was actually closing my bank account with Standard Bank since it's not possible to report possible fraud. </span></p> <p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Completely useless!!</span></p>
