Good Day, hope this msg finds you well. I have been writing to you requesting for refund or credit-note and till today I have not received any response on my query. My Wife and I were booked to you apartment last year 2020 but because of COVID 19 we could not travel. I have tried to get this matter resolved, I call your offices 021 418 2821 daily but I am not getting any joy. Now I do not need credit note but want my money back.
