Do NOT allow this company to let your property. It’s basically a scam. You may get some rental payments for a couple of months and then radio silence for as many months as it takes until you change the locks. They will tell you they’ve gone into liquidation. The owner, Charles, will not keep his word. Avoid!!

The announcement board outside at the Somerset West branch created high expectations. Debbie O'Riordan is the hostess who receives her clients like the welcoming person in the lounge of a 5 star hotel. A promise of thousands of hours of rest on a marvellous collection of high quality beds. The bed was soon delivered by two kind hearted guys in their truck all the way from Brackenfell. Great service and good quality products. Go for it as there are again special offers and there the magical word bamboo plays a prominent role.

Booking.com, home from home and icon luxury apartments are a scam I made a booking via booking.com for a group of us. We booked a place in cape Town Calle Icon luxury apartments from the 7th January 2022to the 9th January 2022.booked two apartments that each have 2 bedrooms. So today we decide that we going to extend our stay there, and to our surprise booking isn't made. We paid the full amount."home from home"is apparently liquidated. I'm trying to get to the bottom of this via email, I'm sent from pillar to post. I dont know what agreement these 3 parties have, but it's all a lie. We need answers from them. Had we not decided to extend the sty and check availability with icon luxury apartments, home from home, then we wouldn't of known that these 3 are planning to eat our money silently

Good Day, hope this msg finds you well. I have been writing to you requesting for refund or credit-note and till today I have not received any response on my query. My Wife and I were booked to you apartment last year 2020 but because of COVID 19 we could not travel. I have tried to get this matter resolved, I call your offices 021 418 2821 daily but I am not getting any joy. Now I do not need credit note but want my money back. Odyssey Luxury Apartments gave us the best service. They put their clients first at all times. Check in was quick and easy. Room was so clean you can eat off the floor. From check in staff cleaning staff security every one is so helpful and friendly. The security patrols 24hours and you feel so safe. WIFI is uncapped which is a huge plus for our kids. Covid regulations is so tight and spot on. I'm defiantly returning soon!!

I purchased a Double bed from Beds from Home - Cape Gate on Saturday the 29th May 2021. Delivery was scheduled for Fri 4th June. I called that Monday to ask that delivery please happen on Wed 2nd June as I managed to get an off day from work. Debbie at Cape Gate branch was super helpful. Not only did she reschedule my delivery but on that day, the drivers were very late due to load shedding on route and lots of deliveries for the day. I called Debbie at about to follow up, I had mentioned to her that my old bed was removed that day and my little girl and I would have nothing to sleep on that night :D if the drivers didnt make it. My delivery only took place at 17h30 and Debbie worked late to track my delivery and contact the warehouse & drivers to ensure my deliver took place. THANK YOU DEBBIE FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR US.
