Terrible after sales assistance

I bought a couch from them and that process was fine, when it arrived I discovered it was not what I expected so I wanted to return it or upgrade it and it’s been a headachous process. I’ve been communicating almost daily with them with no success. I’m now stuck with a product I do not want.
