I logged a return 2 weeks ago, fist collection within 2 hours failed and they said they will call me back, until today I’m still waiting and I’m being told to patiently wait, every other day I contact them it’s the same story.. yet I’ve received deliveries multiple times since then.
I made a grocery order that was supposed to be delivered 25/11/2024 but until today nothing. Ive called in, emailed multiple times, even contacted them via whatsapp but still no fruitful response.

Whenever i have a problem and need support i never get it. This is the second time now i use their app to buy but not get a receipt. When i call them i will hold for a while until they drop and say they will get back to me and they never do .
Website and support from website is superb, their only weakness is that they use buffalo couriers.. too many problems to count there.. from taxes paid and not being updated to items not being delivered for whatever reason and they want you to pay further delivery when its not your fault that first delivery failed. Buffalo used to be good but oflate they seem not to be able to handle the capacity. Ive always used their services but oflate im discouraged from buying coz its 50/50 chance that your items will arrive and its getting slimmer by the day
Very effective, their deliveries are fast and hustle less. Their site is easy to shop online
Driver with a terrible attitude and she refused to deliver parcel in Delmas. She also refused to give us her name so we can report her. She gave my whole family attitude over the phone saying she was at the gate when she was not even there. Last time she kept promising she would come and asked us to send location but she never arrived, the parcel was eventually turned back because of her.
I paid an amount and made a wrong reference, they were very quick to come to my rescue and redirect the funds as per my request.
Im usually happy with their products and i consider them a reputable business hence when i faced a challenge i reached out to them; i received a bad batch of wipes that had a factory fault. I reported same to them adding pictures as they requested for same. They promised to send me a voucher months ago, to date i haven’t received same. When i inquired i was told their system is not working.
My money was *****ulently ****** by online ****mers using my details.. the money came off but I had my card with me. When I reported to bank they said they would refund me but they did not. When I returned they changed their minds to say I would not get a refund but I must cancel the card and get a new one at my own cost. I asked for an email of the branch and was given a wrong email. I then emailed their customer service and not received even a courtesy of a reply.
