Baby oil and bedtime bath
I am a new mom and I’m hurting, I am in pain and I am very disappointed. I used the Johnsons baby oil and the bedtime bath on my newborn and he got a terrible rash which spread like wildfire, my baby is suffering and it’s all because I trusted the brand (brand loyalty). I am sobbing as I’m typing this because I never thought using products by this trusted brand would result in my baby having to go to the emergency and later a paediatrician (he isn’t even two months yet), he is so tiny, he should not have to go through this. THESE PRODUCTS MUST BE REMOVED FROM SHELVES, THEY ARE VERY DANGEROUS!!! Only one use had the worst repercussion… PARENTS STAY AWAY FROM JOHNSONS PRODUCTS!!!

Unfulfilled Promises
Im usually happy with their products and i consider them a reputable business hence when i faced a challenge i reached out to them; i received a bad batch of wipes that had a factory fault. I reported same to them adding pictures as they requested for same. They promised to send me a voucher months ago, to date i haven’t received same. When i inquired i was told their system is not working.
