Bad experience with this shop and I will never recommend anyone to get any from them. I order 3 set sofa and I even put 1500 deposit. Time we agreed on nothing and I ask why the come with stories. I said to them I will get something with my deposit, they didn't have any. They told me they will have stock after a week until today. I ask them for my money, they keep say tomorrow from last month until today

If you cherish your money , please don’t patronise these people and if you must make sure to check everything before leaving the store ! They are heartless especially the customer service in their Bruma branch , it’s the worse . They don’t respect the customers that buy from them , they are full of ****s

worst experience ever i bout couches for R20k cash and what was delivered to me was not what i ordered i informed them they told me they will rectify their error this was in October 2023 to date I'm still waiting for them to, not even a decency to call i have requested to speak to a manager no luck their customer service department is just as worse they cant even answer calls. I don't want these couches anymore and i will get my money back. I have lodge s case with Xrepo as such companies need to be exposed

WORST FURNITURE EXPERIENCE On 1 September 2023 , I had purchased 6 Mbali Chairs (grey) (R1 425 X 6 Chairs = R8 550) from Jabu at the woodmead store. The store only had 4 chairs which I picked up on Saturday, 2 September 2023. I had realised that the 6 chairs won't fit in my house once I had 4 chairs at my house. I called Jabu on Sunday at 3:30pm to let him know that I do not require the 2 other chairs which I had NOT RECEIVED DELIVERY for. On 04 September 2023, I called Jabu and the store multiple times. They never returned any of my calls. On the third time of trying, I spoke to Jabu and Chris about the refund (2 X R1 425 = R2 850) for the two chairs. Chris refuses to provide me with a refund and will only provide store credit or laybys for new furniture. This is unacceptable and I will proceed with further action. Currently I am getting my bank to reverse the transaction as this against the CPA in South Africa and taking this up further. I have contacted their customer care which was no help as the phone just rings, their website crashes when you try to submit a query, and to date I have received no feedback from the store for either my refund or the two other chairs. Absolutely shocking business practices which can be seen from the countless reviews on google/hellopeter regarding this company.

I bought a Lounge set plus a table and paid them in full plus delivery and they said they were going to deliver this afternoon however I've been blocked from their Facebook page and my calls nor WhatsApp messages are being responded to🤬🤬🤬 please help

Goodevening sir/Madam please kindly help im Tengani Nolitha from Mthatha, Eastern Cape i bought lot of furniture on 20 August 2022 from Home go furnitures in Bruma , Johannesburg i paid all the furniture but they didn't load it to my trailer they left the bed that i paid R7000.00 for. When i returned with bakkie they were already closed and the trailer were loaded and sealed. When i reached home i notice that they loaded all the furnitures but bed was not there when i asked them they said the guy (Jabu)who was loading the furniture forget to load the vehicle. As it was his fault not to load the bed he admitted and said he will devise means to deliver it in 2 weeks but to date he hasn't. He kept on postponing up until he is unreachable. On December I sent them this email with no response up to now. Goodmorning, sir/madan kindly help on the reported matter of undelivered bed that was promised to be delivered within 48 hrs. The bed that was sold by Jabu Shabalala at Bruma Johannesburg.
