Around 3pm today my mother went there to collect a parcel I had sent and when she got there, the guy that was at the counter refused to help her ..he told her that they had received many parcels and she would have to come back another time. What bull?! She wasted transportation money for such treatment. I am so frustrated and disappointed. That was the last time using the services
A ****! This business ****med me R108900.00 . I ordered goods on the 7th Feb 2024 to be delivered the next day and they never delivered till today 08th March.
I am so frustrated with the service I’ve been receiving from this bank! On the 6th of Feb I made a transaction which I learnt was a ***** and I reported the matter in less than 24hours to their ***** department. Ever since then there has been no communication from the bank whatsoever and I call them every single day to ask about feedback and every damn time I’m told that my case is being handled by different consultants or investigators and none of them have bothered to even call me nor send emails. When I ask to at least contact them myself I’m always given stories about nobody can get ahold of them they can only send emails. Worse part is that this is a lot of money we are talking here R108900.00 and they have zero sense of urgency they just don’t care next thing they will tell me that the money has been utilized whereas they had informed me that they would close/block all transactions going in or out of my account which they deactivated and I still have not received my card since the 7th of February till today the 28th. I feel like they don’t want to refund my money because when all I asked was for them to stop transactions and reverse the money since I was not able to do so on my side
I bought a Lounge set plus a table and paid them in full plus delivery and they said they were going to deliver this afternoon however I've been blocked from their Facebook page and my calls nor WhatsApp messages are being responded to🤬🤬🤬 please help
Hi, please assist.I have a problem with closing a quotation which was opened last year at incredible connections last year and it is not closed. I didn't take anything from the store but the quotation opened is blocking me from taking a contract with vodacom.We've tried calling the store and spoke to managers and they've been saying theres only one person in the store who works with vodacom and they can't be able to help since last week Thursday. Its been a week!!! The consultant is apparently on leave and I'd have to wait for her to come back to work.
Telkom is the worst service provider. They are a ****'n scam!???? since May, I have been waiting for my refund since they failed to deliver what we agreed upon nxa ... it's time I file up a case and get lawyers involved,I'm tired of this bull****
@TelkomZA telkom is scamming me. I took a contract with them around March for a laptop however did not receive it so I went there after 2 months since the store at gateway was rejecting my calls only to find out that the contract was canceled without my consent. gateway Telkom shop managers hide behind employees all the f#n time I've been up and down trying to get help with this and they're failing me big time. I'm really tired of this nonsense ..since March. I'm experiencing the worst services they're even rejecting my calls and I have not recieved my refund of R3200 till today! I've tried going to the shop a hundred times and they've been failing to assist me with this issue however they're good at pushing their customers to call center agents because they're useless and cant do their jobs esp management, and the agents do the worst whereby they're always opening endless cases which help with absolutely nothing!! TELKOM IS MY BIGGEST REGRET
