We bought a couch from HomeItalian in December, and unfortunately we experienced several issues with it from the date of purchase up until March. We reported our concerns multiple times to the manager, Sina. After many back-and-forth discussions we were told the couch would be exchanged, but when the replacement arrived it turned out to be the wrong couch. Because of the frustration and the way our concerns were handled, we eventually requested a refund. However, when we visited the store we were assisted by Cindy, who handled the situation very differently. She listened to our concerns, apologized for the inconvenience, and went the extra mile by personally checking with the warehouse to see if the correct couch was available. Thanks to Cindy’s effort and willingness to help, everything was resolved and we were able to receive the correct couch. We truly appreciate her professionalism and customer care. If it wasn’t for her, we would have taken our refund and gone to another store. Thank you, Cindy, for your outstanding assistance.
