We bought a couch from HomeItalian in December, and unfortunately we experienced several issues with it from the date of purchase up until March. We reported our concerns multiple times to the manager, Sina. After many back-and-forth discussions we were told the couch would be exchanged, but when the replacement arrived it turned out to be the wrong couch. Because of the frustration and the way our concerns were handled, we eventually requested a refund. However, when we visited the store we were assisted by Cindy, who handled the situation very differently. She listened to our concerns, apologized for the inconvenience, and went the extra mile by personally checking with the warehouse to see if the correct couch was available. Thanks to Cindy’s effort and willingness to help, everything was resolved and we were able to receive the correct couch. We truly appreciate her professionalism and customer care. If it wasn’t for her, we would have taken our refund and gone to another store. Thank you, Cindy, for your outstanding assistance. Dear Home Italia Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a couch I purchased from your Westgate Home Italia branch. Upon delivery, your delivery team removed the couch legs and failed to reinstall them correctly, which has affected the stability of the couch. In addition, the couch was delivered with visible cuts on the sides, which were not present at the time of purchase. I immediately raised this issue with both the saleslady and the store manager, however, to date no corrective action has been taken, and I have received no resolution. This situation is unacceptable and does not comply with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, which requires goods to be delivered in good condition and fit for purpose. I hereby request urgent resolution, namely one of the following: Repair of the couch to an acceptable standard, or Replacement of the couch
I am writing this message with disappointment about the service I received regarding the tracking device as they could not able to trace my location nor where the car was situated nor parked at that moment called Their call centre ask about the location they could not see where the car was at they kept on telling me the wrong address as the address i do not even know How come such a big company cant able to locate nor trace my vehicle but monthly they debit my account but when i call asking them about tracking my vehicle they cant even tell me they giving me wrong address it took them 1 hour to call but still failed to tell me where the car was at I would not recommend anyone to join Adt fedility as their service is pathetic and disgusting i am going to cancel my premium with them as they dont help me with anything I spoke to Nthabeleng, Karabo, Thabang, kgathego nor katlego kept on giving me wrong address and the last lady dropped the call Nthabeleng while i was worried about my car

I am writing this message with frustration about the service i am receiving from Ram I ordered a phone(vodacom) and i paid it cash. 1 i could not able to receive my phone due to Ram driver decided not to wait for me it did not even take me a 1 minute to go to the entrance he was already left i had to change my address to my work address were i was situation for the week the driver again was told not to deliver the parcel I am sitting here without my parcel its been a week Ram its not doing anything, i called vodacom regarding the matter they could not help till they ended up blocking my number so i can not make calls nor bother them . I had to call Ram with i received bad attitude from the guy by the name of Leonard/ Jeonard he told me where to get off with the parcel and told me he doesnt care if i log the complain. I received a call today the 26/07/2024 saying my parcel will be delivered today they dont have a driver i had to leave my work early so by the time i get home hopefully i will get my parcel still nothing i had to call again to ask if my parcel will be delivered today the guy by the name of Nkosinathi told me i wont receive my phone only on Monday and i was told that my phone will be delivered today Time I received a call from RAM 12:14 and 13:06 I believe calls are being recorded as the guy stated that i will get my parcel today I am tired of Ram Service as i am doing up and downs the service is so bad that i regret buying the item from Vodacom while their Partnership with Ram is so bad
My line was Blocked paid mtn so they can unblock my number i could not get helped its been a week on trying to call mtn department they can even help me they have been transferring me from one department to the other department i could not get assistance at all im so disappointment i spoke to tshepang from collection she just transferred me to the other department i spoke to monono still she couldnt help from epic department I am busy trying to call again still no one from mtn answered their phone
