They don't even deserve a star...I bought a dining room suite online on the 2nd of December 2024,it took them weeks to acknowledge receiving the money,by that time,the Suite was out of stock in all their branches, the branch manager at Westgate where I believe it's their headoffice promised me that they will receive new stock on the 19th of December 2024 and I will get my suite on the 20th of december,but because I knew she was just dragging time,I asked for a refund...now she is ignoring my calls n she blocked me on WhatsApp...0 customer service,that Manager Sindi,has no clue about he stock...I wouldn't recommend this franchise to anyone,their communication is poor
