We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we’ve received from this company based in Fresnaye, Cape Town. We made payment based on an invoice they issued, only to be told afterward that the bank account on that invoice has been closed.
It has now been over a month, and we are still waiting for our funds to be returned. To date, we have received no refund, no confirmation that the money has been returned, and no proof that the account in question was actually closed. Despite this unresolved issue, the company is now expecting us to make another payment for the booking of carts using a new invoice. This is completely unacceptable. After numerous emails and messages sent they seem to be completely oblivious to the fact that this is a serious matter.
