We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we’ve received from this company based in Fresnaye, Cape Town. We made payment based on an invoice they issued, only to be told afterward that the bank account on that invoice has been closed. It has now been over a month, and we are still waiting for our funds to be returned. To date, we have received no refund, no confirmation that the money has been returned, and no proof that the account in question was actually closed. Despite this unresolved issue, the company is now expecting us to make another payment for the booking of carts using a new invoice. This is completely unacceptable. After numerous emails and messages sent they seem to be completely oblivious to the fact that this is a serious matter.
So I was called by Virgin active consulats who advised that if i sign up n October and use the gym 4x in November I would not pay in December and January. I have a whatsapp from a consultant that states 'Train 4x in 30 days' No mention of what the start or end date of the 30 days will be, and remembering what i was tol over the phone...i neeed to train in November. Now I am being told that this is not what I was told and i needed to train 4x from the time i joined virgin active from 24 October-24November.. WEL THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD ND NOT WHAT THE WHATSAPP MESSAGE STATES VIRGIN ACTIVE. These people trick you to jining and take your money when you were told you would not pay and now they change their stories and act as i I misunderstood what I was told. The took money from me in December telling me that I did not train within the required times....TIMES THAT I WAS NOT TOLD and I have sent them proof of the whatsapp message i received as well. They say they have listened to the call and the consultant told me but I KNOW WHT I WAS TOLD. These consultants tell you anything to make a sale so they can get commission and it's not right. Their client service sucks big time because they lie to potential customers to get them to sign a gym contract. I was my money back Virgin active, it's little money but it's about the principal, which you have nothing of clearly. I sent you the whatsapp and no where did it give specific dates which i need to train within get the two months for free. I wont let you get away with lying to customers so that you can gain a sale and commision, especially if that customer is me
OMG Standard bank is the worst bank EVER OMG OMG OMG THE WORST
Imaging going to the bank just to open a new account and waiting an 90minutes! YWhen I was there yesterday, a woman complained about the long wait time. Quickly she were escourted by a consultant to a booth to be assisted. Today, th same happnend during my wait. @ ladies, one who came before me and abouther who came after me complained about the very long time they had to wait and again, they were escourted to the booths to be assisted. 1 hour hit and I was ver it asked if I needed to complain to be assisted in this bank. I went back to my seat, another 30 minuted passed and I got up and just left. This is at Standard Bank Bayside Mall in Cape Town Tableview. I have never in my life had to wait 90minutes inside a bank no matter how busy it was. This branch had less than 7 people waiting obviously all for different reasons. I am not sure how muh longer i would have waited but at 90 minutes I left.
I ordered 2 tracksuits and the pants of one of them is too small. As explained numerous times to the agent, Nolwazi, i dont want a refune, merely and exchange, and the link that she keeps sending gives me the same error as on the website and I am unable to process the exchange. I have been tell Nolwazi this since Monda, it is not Thursday and she has stopped responding. She kept asking whether I would like a voucher or chse refund and I keep telling her that i want and EXCHANGE ONLY. The she send me the same link OMG i am not sure what is wrong with her but for this whole week she is not getting what I am trying to say!!! SOOO FRUSTRATING!! I have asked if someone else is avail to speak to but of course no response on that either. Well done Planet54 i will never order from you again. As a first time customer, never aagain and I will warn others not to purchase from you either.
My membership comes to an end at the end of March but I have to give 1 month's notice before cancelling?? It's a membership coming to an end when it's suppose to, I am not cancelling my membership before the membership end date. So my last payment should be end March but because i didn't give a month's notice before cancelling my last payment will now be at the end of April. How dumb is it that i have to cancel a membership already coming to an end.
I have been trying to call the clinic since yesterday morning on behalf of a friend who needs to book a phsio therapy appointment. Since yesterday, I have not been able to get through to anyone, no matter what extension I choose when calling 0217978171. Today I called another number 0217628020 and again no one answers. The number rings for longer than a minute and then I get cut off. The first number I called agian after 8am and the operater said "we are not available at this moment our operating hours are from 7am to 40am mondays to fridays" Like really?? I called after 8am! I kepts calling and eventually a man answered "reception good day" and when I started talking he put down the phone and I was not able to get through to either of the numbers. I must say, this is the worst I've come across. Trying to call the clinic for 2 days and no one answers the phones. Terrible service. I hope something will get done about this because this is putrid. My friend is now just to book an appointment at the clinic which is so unessecary when they could have just answered the phone in the first place.
I have complained about this before and seems you guys don't stick to your promises. My debit order date is for the 1st of every month and yet you deduct money before that specified date! AGAIN today money was debited from my account, it;s NOT the 1st yet! Why do i have a debit order date when you keep taking money from my account before that date!!Iam reall sick and tired of this. You dont care about yoru customers. The date i chose as a debit order date is because I get paid on the last damn day of the month. You keep taking my last money i have left. I pay my policy every month but yet you take it upon yourselves to deduct money from my account before the date it's suppose to be deducted. I am really sick of this ****!!
A few months ago canelled my virgin red contract and was contacted by a sales person who asked me to put my account on hold for R38pm for 6 months while i decide whether to stay or leave the club. I was advised that I can contact them at any time during the "on hold" period to cancel my contract completely if i wish to do so and the contract would then be cancelled. I did this the other day was was advised only after they cancelled completly that there is a pro rata amount of R200, i disputed this amount as I was not told about an pro rata amounts that i needed to pay when i am ready to cancel my contract. I was then hung up by the consulted (Lunga) and I called back and spoke to Justin Morgan who assured me that R78 (not sure why this amount as i was paying R38pm) would be deducted and no where on my account can he see that R200 would be deducted. Of course over the weekend R200 gets deducted from my account. what I want to know is why when being offered to put my account on hold for R38pm, while being ona month to month basis already, do I have to pay pro rata fees? Why was I not told about this by the first consutant that offered to put my account on hold ? i did not skip any payments, my 1year contract with Virgin red had already come to an end when I was put an "on hold" status. why should I pay pro rata after my contract had already come to an end?
