Bad Service from @home

Very displeased with the service Initially an incorrect couch was delivered to us and it was returned. The store was informed but there was no communication after that.

Received a call last week Thursday that delivery will take place on Friday. The couch was not delivered and there was no communication. Called today to follow up and I was informed by Puseletso that the couch failed Quality Check

Still cannot provide ETA and so much inconvenience on our side as we constantly need to move things, very unhappy with the service!!!!
