Very displeased with the service Initially an incorrect couch was delivered to us and it was returned. The store was informed but there was no communication after that. Received a call last week Thursday that delivery will take place on Friday. The couch was not delivered and there was no communication. Called today to follow up and I was informed by Puseletso that the couch failed Quality Check 0827388729. Still cannot provide ETA and so much inconvenience on our side as we constantly need to move things, very unhappy with the service!!!!
When will the claims system improve??? Every year there is issues, call wait time is the whole day. You cannot get through to any of their consultants. Poor service year in and out!
RCS Store card, I was debited on the 23rd of January from my Nedbank account. Till today the payment was never updated. I have been calling the call centre doing several follow ups and I am taken back and forth with no solution. The information required from me was provided and still I have not been assisted till today.

What a bad service from this gambling site. They take forever to do account verifications. They do not payout as promised on their timeline. Their live chat agents are rude and not helpful

I lost my phone in the change room after I asked one of the staff members to go get a dress. His name is Lwandle. When I asked where’s my phone his initial response was he doesn’t know. He proceeded to say there’s a phone he found in a different change room and took it to lost and found. He gave me back the phone and it was already switched off. I asked why, he insisted he found it like that. What a bad experience, honestly I don’t feel safe shopping there anymore.
What a bad administration of the two pot system, no communication when missing documents. Process started from scratch, literally call waiting time for a query it’s an hour only to be told two weeks later after submission that there was a missing document. How does a missing document start the whole process from scratch!!! Disgusted by the service !!!
I placed an order in Jan, I was charged for pillowcases I never received. I tried calling their customer care line, there is no direct line for bash orders. It got so frustrating that I had to give up, the thought that I still paid for that order angers me. Their service is poor
I bought a car seat sit for my baby boy, the brand is @bounce at mall of Africa. I was specific about the age, I wanted a car seat that would accommodate him until the age of five. By 8 months we couldn’t fasten the belts as they were already small. We tried watching YouTube videos to adjust and we couldn’t find anything helpful. Am not happy with the brand as it didn’t meet my expectations. I still have the box and I need help cause I still need a car seat for my 18 months old baby.
