I made an in-store purchase of dining room chairs on 25 January and I selected the warehouse collection option. I was told I would receive a call to arrange collection, but it has now been 8 days with no communication from either the store or the warehouse. I have tried calling the Fourways Mall branch multiple times. Either there is no answer, or I am told I’ve reached the wrong store and then placed on hold without resolution. I also sent an email, but was redirected back to the store. Unfortunately, I am unable to physically visit the store at the moment. I’m at a loss of words because I’ve paid for the items and the store is not allowing me to collect them. This lack of communication and poor service is honestly shocking.
