I made an in-store purchase of dining room chairs on 25 January and I selected the warehouse collection option. I was told I would receive a call to arrange collection, but it has now been 8 days with no communication from either the store or the warehouse. I have tried calling the Fourways Mall branch multiple times. Either there is no answer, or I am told I’ve reached the wrong store and then placed on hold without resolution. I also sent an email, but was redirected back to the store. Unfortunately, I am unable to physically visit the store at the moment. I’m at a loss of words because I’ve paid for the items and the store is not allowing me to collect them. This lack of communication and poor service is honestly shocking.
Hi rain team I called in on the 13th to report that my pay as you use router had no network. I called in again this morning to report that the issue has not been resolved from the 13th. To my disappointment the consultant cut the call. Please advise on what I should do as I’m currently paying for a service I’m not receiving.
I signed up to rain with the knowledge that the this was a service that changed per monthly use and that if I didn’t pay I wouldn’t have internet access for the month. I’ve been charged for the past 3 months even though I didn’t use the service. I’ve tried numerous times to contact the call centre only to be told that my case has been escalated and the agents are based in the Philippines. This is extremely frustrating because there’s no resolution. What is going on with this company?
I bought a 16 inch wig, the quality and thickness of the hair was great although I wish the wig caps had different sizes.
