I placed an order with @home design quarter on 3rd February and indicated my delivery address. Somehow an Edenvale address was captured and despite having confirmed the correct address over five times with the consultants it seems to still reflect Edenvale. As a result, the delivery has been delayed twice already, two times when I was told they would deliver and did not arrive and there was no communication to this end.
Today again they had said they would deliver, I availed myself and called the store to follow up and the incorrect address still reflects and I am told stories on stories.
I don’t understand what kind of customer service this is, the worst inconvenience, waste of my time and fuel having to come to the delivery address for no one to show up or even have the decency to call and update me. I have had to do all the follows ups myself and wait endless for this coffee table. Peak incompetency and lack professionalism. I am still waiting for the order.
