I placed an order with @home design quarter on 3rd February and indicated my delivery address. Somehow an Edenvale address was captured and despite having confirmed the correct address over five times with the consultants it seems to still reflect Edenvale. As a result, the delivery has been delayed twice already, two times when I was told they would deliver and did not arrive and there was no communication to this end. Today again they had said they would deliver, I availed myself and called the store to follow up and the incorrect address still reflects and I am told stories on stories. I don’t understand what kind of customer service this is, the worst inconvenience, waste of my time and fuel having to come to the delivery address for no one to show up or even have the decency to call and update me. I have had to do all the follows ups myself and wait endless for this coffee table. Peak incompetency and lack professionalism. I am still waiting for the order.
How ridiculous is it that I must wait over three weeks and frequent your shops just to get an eSim. Something which I would not have to do had your agents converted my number to a contract number like I asked at point of sale. Same error in the system and countless query requests to fix the error but nothing is being done. Ridiculous to offer a service which you then cannot provide to your customers. Such incompetence and poor service. If I have to go to the store one more time and the error is not fixed, I will escalate it further since their complaints department does not even to care to resolve any real issues. If Vodacom is not competent enough to provide the service just discontinue it and leave it to service providers with competent agents who actually know what they are doings.
Great service, friendly, easy order and delivery service. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous. Rate it a 10/10 and highly recommend.
Nonsense short term insurer, takes no responsibility and their consultants are rude and cannot assist with any issue even when at fault. Thabiso on claims and Sibusiso in their complaints department proved to be very useless in resolving my windscreen claim when their consultant was the reason the incorrect glass was ordered to begin with. Very very poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Such a terrible courier service with very very poor customer service and barely any communication. My package has been sitting at their warehouse awaiting delivery but everyday it's getting delayed and the same notes added on it instead of being scheduled for delivery. If they cannot get the job don't timeously just don't take the order because it serves no one to have the delivery delayed for over a week. Very disappointed and underwhelmed by the level of service.
I made an online purchase on the game website 17/04/2022, payment was accepted and order confirmed. A week later no feedback or delivery from Game, when I took the liberty to follow up I received an email from one of their Agents Natasha Robain who advised that my order was cancelled due to no stock and I would get a refund 23/04/2022. I wanted for the refund and still nothing, went to the Cresta branch to try get assistance and I was on their helpline for over an hour for an agent to advise me the refund was being processed and would reflect within the week which was a lie. The money has still not been refunded, I have not had any feedback from Game representatives and still not delivery 6/05/2022. Very very poor customer service and consideration. Agents fail to even respond to a mere e-mail. Never ordering from Game again and highly advise against it!
