Homechoice bad service
I've had the account in 2017 and 2018 I canceled. Surprisingly I'm getting emails every now and again that I have a credit ... how I don't know...
Tried calling today 2 of their agents dropped my call till I've reached an agent that told me I will get confirmation of the cancelation within 24 hours
Yet to see but why is it still open???
