I have been trying for a month now to get a spare circuit board for my Milex Nordic Ice maker. Backwards and forwards with requests for fotos etc, and nothing but excuses from the agents Homemark. My request is simply for them to provide a price and availability for the circuit board required. All they can come up with is “We have escalated this matter to our spares team and they have advised that the unit be booked in for further assistance. We do apologize for the inconvenience”. I do not need an assessment. The circuit board is severely corroded, particularly the traces. Whether this fixes the problem or not, it needs to be replaced and I will take responsibility for this. By the responses from them I take the view that they do not have the spares and merely wish to hang this out as long as possible, forcing me to give up. Poor service from Homemark, which reflects badly on the manufacturer.
