I bought a bin from them, where they did the measurements and did not include the lead. The bin cannot fit and I request an exchange they decline with no reason. When I request reasons they tell me to deliver the bin at Jhb. I did online, surely that means I couldn’t drive to the store. Why must I physically return an online order. When I logged the return they deducted R200, what is that money for if I am driving the order to them. This is really stressing and poor service
