I've been staying with Homii since August, and I still don’t have WiFi in my unit, even though their adverti*****ts clearly state that Fibre internet is included. I’ve raised this issue multiple times—first with the sales agent, who told me to speak to the building manager. The building manager then directed me back to Homii. This constant back-and-forth is incredibly frustrating.
In the meantime, I’ve had to spend a lot of money on mobile data just to stay connected. I work from my phone, so this has seriously affected my ability to earn an income. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication from Homii. I’ve sent emails, made phone calls, and received no proper response or resolution.
I’m requesting that this matter be resolved urgently and that I be reimbursed for one month and two weeks of internet that I paid for but never received.
