I am a tenant at one of Homii’s buildings, and for the past 1 month and 2 weeks I have been without WiFi — a service that was included as part of my lease agreement. Despite multiple attempts to reach Homii through calls, emails, and even previous complaints on HelloPeter, my issue remains unresolved. I have not received any clear communication, feedback, or solution from their team. WiFi was a key amenity promised when I signed my lease, and being left without it for this long is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Tenants should not have to beg for basic services that are contractually included. I am requesting the following: Immediate restoration of my WiFi service. Compensation or rental rebate for the period I have been without WiFi. Clear communication from Homii management about the steps being taken to prevent this issue in the future. If this matter is not urgently resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the Gauteng Rental Housing Tribunal for formal intervention. I've been staying with Homii since August, and I still don’t have WiFi in my unit, even though their adverti*****ts clearly state that Fibre internet is included. I’ve raised this issue multiple times—first with the sales agent, who told me to speak to the building manager. The building manager then directed me back to Homii. This constant back-and-forth is incredibly frustrating. In the meantime, I’ve had to spend a lot of money on mobile data just to stay connected. I work from my phone, so this has seriously affected my ability to earn an income. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication from Homii. I’ve sent emails, made phone calls, and received no proper response or resolution. I’m requesting that this matter be resolved urgently and that I be reimbursed for one month and two weeks of internet that I paid for but never received.
I have a TFG / BASH vouchers since last year ,The voucher shows the amount however they not able to process payments at stores,I have escalated the matter several times through email,calls and at the stores however they reps keep on saying they will resend the vouchers but I have never received any till this day .
I have been staying with ithemba ,the onyx apartments in Jewel City ,we missed one month rent ,attempted to do a payment arrangement however we not eligible ,yesterday we were rudely chased out of the flat and locked outside ,we do take take accountability ,it was our responsibility to pay rent on time ,however we are been evicted without a notice and in the middle of the month ,when we spoke to the account management team they advised that the bill will not be pro-rated and we will pay the full rent even though we locked before month end . we have nowhere to go and still have to pay the full amount .The customer service agents are so rude to us ,no one treats you well when you behind with your rent
