Honda Rivonia are scammers

Hello Peter, I bought a Ford Ecosport from Honda Rivonia in 2019 and was assisted by a lady called Marzhane. The car is second hand and what she didn't tell me was that the car was previously involved in a car accident. Nonetheless, as the car was second hand at 31,000.00 kms I requested an extra warranty which I paid R27,500.00 for it provided by Honda from Traffic. My contract states that they would repair any damages within 80000kms - the experience I've had from Marzhane and Traffic has been horrendous. They refused paying in February 2021, and on the 10th June 2021 again. They keep on saying they are investigating they will get back to you and they never do. I would not advise anyone to buy cars from Honda Rivonia. On the 10th June 2021, I called Marzhane and was told she's no longer working there. Today 17th June 2021 a different person answered the phone and told me Marzhane is still working there. Which means that she was avoiding me hoping I would sort out the mess on my own.
