I placed an order on Monday, 9 June at 8:52 AM for slim hotdog takeaway boxes – a standard in-stock item that doesn’t require any preparation. Over 72 hours passed with no tracking information, so I followed up via WhatsApp after hours to ensure they’d see it first thing the next morning.
The following day, still no response. I tried to use their website chat and there was again no response. Eventually, they responded on whatsapp three hours after their official opening time. I asked to upgrade to next-day or to overnight delivery because I needed the parcel for the weekend. They agreed… but never actioned it.
When I followed up again the next day, only then did they initiate the delivery – on Friday, knowing full well that they use The Courier Guy, which doesn’t deliver on weekends. With Youth Day on Monday, I was only going to receive the parcel on Tuesday, 17 June – far too late.
Naturally, I requested a full refund. It’s now been over a month, and despite promises, I still haven’t received my money back. I’ve had to chase them constantly, and the lack of urgency or accountability is shocking.
This has been a deeply frustrating experience from start to finish – slow responses, empty promises, poor customer care, and now no refund after all this time. I absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.
