Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Refund After a Month
I placed an order on Monday, 9 June at 8:52 AM for slim hotdog takeaway boxes – a standard in-stock item that doesn’t require any preparation. Over 72 hours passed with no tracking information, so I followed up via WhatsApp after hours to ensure they’d see it first thing the next morning. The following day, still no response. I tried to use their website chat and there was again no response. Eventually, they responded on whatsapp three hours after their official opening time. I asked to upgrade to next-day or to overnight delivery because I needed the parcel for the weekend. They agreed… but never actioned it. When I followed up again the next day, only then did they initiate the delivery – on Friday, knowing full well that they use The Courier Guy, which doesn’t deliver on weekends. With Youth Day on Monday, I was only going to receive the parcel on Tuesday, 17 June – far too late. Naturally, I requested a full refund. It’s now been over a month, and despite promises, I still haven’t received my money back. I’ve had to chase them constantly, and the lack of urgency or accountability is shocking. This has been a deeply frustrating experience from start to finish – slow responses, empty promises, poor customer care, and now no refund after all this time. I absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.

LADIES SO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THE PRETORIA BRANCH. They have terrible service, awful lighting, the install doesn't last and it doesn't look natural. They can't match foundation to your skin. I went to the branch in Pretoria. I had an appointment and they made me wait a while for no reason. I didn't know who would be my stylist at the time but they were all chilling and dancing to music. Only the receptionist greeted me. Eventually they started. The install didn't last even 24hrs. The foundation colour that they used was completely wrong and they have terrible lighting in that salon. I was not the only one unhappy with the install and the foundation colour.. Pretoria branch is a let down

The Best Service
Went here for my first ever surgery. I was scared but my fears went away. Oh my goodness, Dr Hlope (anaesthetist) and his team are super cool. I literally had the best nap ever. Nurses usually struggle to find my veins in less than 6 tries but Dr Hlope had no trouble inserting my drip. Dr C Khoza (GYN) is so kind and gentle. He explains everything thoroughly. He's also very patient. Nurse Karen from the night shift team is such a wise old lady. It's unfortunate that I didn't get to learn the names of the others. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They also keep you well fed. They make you feel safe especially because you're not allowed any family or visitors due to CoVId. I'm so blessed. The receptionists are funny as well.
