Terrible Service

I ordered a hair heating tool over 5 weeks ago. Website said 5-8 days for delivery. The tracking link they use was useless. Now finally I discover that my purchase is waiting for me to collect it at some unknown pick up point. There is no contact number for honey.johannesburg. The emails don’t get answered timely. When they answered, they told me to contact my local supplier and fetch the parcel at the pick up point. What local supplier? I never heard of this? No information has been provided to say they would not be delivering to my home address nor have they provided me with any information on “local suppliers” or “nearly pick up points”. They’ve had my money for over 5 weeks and I still have no product.
