****MED HONEY.JOHANNESBURG
Do not purchase anything from this company, they **** you! I ordered a Mini Printer: 50% DISCOUNT | Mini Printer™ + free printing paper - The printer that never needs ink! 3 additional rolls of sticker paper / Sky blue 1 $49,95 I ordered it as a Christmas gift on the 9th of November 2024. To date I have still not received my parcel, despite very realistic tracking site. I emailed honey.johannesburg and received an email back. I emailed on 2 more occasions - No response. I went to track my parcel again today and received the following message: Expired It's been unusually long since your package was shipped. Please visit the carrier's website SUNYOU for more info. I saw that my parcel had been dispatched by a company called Pos Malaysia. There wasn't any record of my parcel, but they had a **** warning on their website. I was stupid and did not notice the signs, as I am not a regular online shopper, so everything looked very legitimate. STAY AWAY FROM HONEY.JOHANNESBURG and anything with SUNYOU.

**** ALERT: Avoid Honey.Johannesburg at All Costs!
SHOCKING SERVICE! BEWARE OF ****S! If you want to be ****med out of your money, then go ahead and buy something from Honey.Johannesburg. I made the mistake of placing an order and paying for it back in October 2024—and here we are in January 2025, still no delivery! The tracking for my shipment mysteriously stopped on 25 November, and since then, I've received no updates whatsoever. I've emailed them multiple times to request a refund, but all I get is complete silence. They have no phone number listed, just 2 email addressess they clearly never check or care to respond to. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise everyone to stay FAR away from this company unless you want to throw your hard-earned money into a black hole. Do not trust Honey.Johannesburg! Absolute disgrace!

DO NOT BUY from Honey-Johannesburg
If one could give minus starts I would. My mom bought an item August 2024, after a month went by, I tried to track the order on the supposed tracking page which redirects you to a tracking site who also can't assist as they merely supply you with the information received form which ever courier is supposed to deliver your parcel. In my case it gives me two possible couriers, of which the one repeatedly requires more information, but each time it is the same info required (postal code/zip code). This is truly ridiculous!

It seems like Honey.Johannesburg is ****. They do not have any contact telephone numbers and seem to use the following email adresses: honey.johannesburg@gmail.com info@aurorafashionlab.com honey.johannesburg <store+71595163927@t.shopofyemail.com> I placed an order on their web page, and paid as I would normally do when ordering on the internet. Their order confirmation stated that delivery would be in 5 to 8 working days, which was OK with me. This was on 30 September 2024 and the order number was #1497. I e-mailed them several time to enquiry when my parcel would arrive. I was given a tracking number which when tracking this number stated that the parcel had eventually arrived at the "Facility" in South Africa on 28 OCTOBER. It is now almost the end of November, and I have yet to receive my parcel. THEIR COMMUNICATION IS ABSOLUTELY AND TOTALLY BAD. IT SEEMS LIKE THIS IS A **** AS THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER. BE CAREFUL of Honey.Johannesburg

I ordered somthing from them in August 2024 and I still haven't received my parcel. I received an email saying I must pay import duties, which I did and I have been trying to find out when my parcel will be delivered, I get now answer on my emails.

Terrible Service
I ordered a hair heating tool over 5 weeks ago. Website said 5-8 days for delivery. The tracking link they use was useless. Now finally I discover that my purchase is waiting for me to collect it at some unknown pick up point. There is no contact number for honey.johannesburg. The emails don’t get answered timely. When they answered, they told me to contact my local supplier and fetch the parcel at the pick up point. What local supplier? I never heard of this? No information has been provided to say they would not be delivering to my home address nor have they provided me with any information on “local suppliers” or “nearly pick up points”. They’ve had my money for over 5 weeks and I still have no product.
